I spent the first day of the seven nights. I am satisfied with the kind response of the staff whenever I requested the necessary things. Especially last night, I was in trouble because I lost my room key, but the staff gladly said it was okay. It's close to walking from City Hall and it's a big road that's safe to come back at night, so the location is also good.

Had a long stay at the hotel for business + vacation. The location was good within walking distance to Darling Harbour and Town Hall. Some of the amenities were dated but they served the purpose. The room was spacious with partition to separate the bedroom from the small living room. With a small kitchen, microwave, washing machine + dryer and two TVs, I think it's good value for my money. Staff were courteous and helpful. Overall a good stay for me.

Felt like a room in downtown London. Cramped is the best description. Funny how they invest in the latest tech like an automated toilet, but don't include hand towels? And they have one of those elevated sink basins which take away all available space in the bathroom. Shower was nice though. 10AM checkout is too early.

Great location, very central, spacious room, with good kitchen gear ， a dish washer. We are staying for 7 nights and after a few nights and I left a note asking the floor to be vacuumed as it was starting to get a bit dirty, but when I came back in the afternoon, the floor was the same. Also this morning I was having a bowl of instant noodles , at some point I suddenly noticed a little bug in the soup, I was horrified, I had no idea where it came from, how it got into the soup, was it a bed bug? I checked the bed but didn't find anything, I'm still totally puzzled by the bug. If the service and cleanness was better I would have given it a even better rating

Great location, however that's the only thing this hotel has going for it at the moment. Long overdue renovations are currently under way to all the rooms, so I would avoid staying here until they are completed - they started in June 2023 and have a very long way to go. Hopefully the newly renovated rooms get double glazed windows too, as the existing ones do nothing to keep out the noise of the traffic.

This is a great, slightly cheaper, yet good place to stay in the city. The staff are kind, welcoming and helpful. The building is tired and undergoing renovations however the staff seem to be going above and beyond to accommodate guests in amongst works, upgrades and improvements. Guests are under no illusions that there is additional accommodations being made to adjust for the upgrade to the building. This is a great spot to stay whilst exploring the city, shopping in and around the QVB and finding the right balance of budget, location and quality.

Lovely accommodating staff, enabled me to drop bags and kids earlier. The room are spotless, facilities in the room amazing - view spectacular ! They have a lovely coffee facility at the reception. Easy 2-5 minute walk to train station, arcades, mall, DJ Myer etc. Check out the photos

The room was very average. Plaster patchwork on the wall was unfinished, paint was on the door handle, had dishwasher powder, yet no dishwashing machine. Was woken at 7:30am to the sound of hammering from the room next door (renovations were under way). Cutting steel for a good minute and the horrible stink was coming into our room. On speaking with the people at the front desk, we were advised to send an email. Weeks later, emails have been ignored. Very unprofessional and will not be back.
